Job DetailsJob Location: Facilities / Maintenance - Denver, CO 80216Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $27.16 HourlyJob Shift: Day**This is NOT a Landscaping/Grounds position ** Summary: Building Facilities Tech 2 performs a wide range of tasks including the non-technical maintenance of plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning facilities and equipment, at arc Thrift Stores properties at a level not requiring formal licensure. May be required to perform tasks of other unlicensed trades, such as a light equipment operator, carpenter and/or painter. Reports to Facilities Manager and Facilities Assistant Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains and performs repairs to building electrical systems Monitors heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for the facilities; performs repair/replacement of components, as appropriate, and maintenance tasks such as cleaning of heating & cooling fan coil units and adjustment of system controls Monitors and performs maintenance of plumbing systems, to include repair of leaking fixtures, cleaning obstructed waste lines Performs maintenance tasks including routine sheetrock/drywall repair, door an...
