The Position: Customer Care Service Specialist (Field Service Engineer) Regio Zuid-West Nederland: De Field Service Engineer (intern: Customer Care Service Specialist) is binnen Roche Diagnostics Nederland de specialist die verantwoordelijk is voor de technische ondersteuning bij onze klanten. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het installeren, onderhouden en verhelpen van storingen aan laboratoriumapparatuur in ziekenhuizen, onderzoekslaboratoria en huisartsenlaboratoria. Samen met een team van Service Engineers werk je aan het behouden van klanttevredenheid door snel en adequaat te handelen.
