Steward the hospitals limited community benefit resources by implementing the financial assistance policy with fairness and accuracy . Responsibilities: Provide HCH financial assistance application with good explanation of how to complete it. Receive applications and check for completeness . Request additional documents from patients when necessary . Follow up with patient regarding what’s pending.
