Adjoint Instructor ( Job Number: 38783 ) Description: University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Department of Pediatrics, Section of Adolescent Medicine Job Title: Adjoint Instructor: Position #00694922: – Requisition #:38783: Job Summary: In the Adolescent Medicine Primary Care Clinic, the Behavioral Health Clinician will be a part of the integrated behavioral health team and will provide clinical services, including individual and family therapy, and care coordination. The Section of Adolescent Medicine is seeking to fill a .4 FTE for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) services in the Adolescent Medicine Clinic - Develop treatment plans for clients - Communicate with primary care providers and other members of the IBH team - Provide initial comprehensive assessment of the behavioral needs of clients - Deliver individual and family therapy to clients - Refer clients and families to higher levels of care, if indicated Work Location: Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
