Overview The Agency of Transportation is seeking temporary Transportation Operations Technicians in Dummerston. This position will be responsible for various tasks related to highway maintenance, such as repairing guardrails, cutting trees/brush, patching roads, picking litter, ditching, and more. It is anticipated that these positions will work 40 hours per week for approximately six months. Who May Apply: This position, Transportation Operations Technician I - Temporary (Job Requisition #54654) , is open to all State employees and external applicants. This is a temporary position. Temporary work is typically for variable hours and is not expected to be full-time. The State does not guarantee 40 hours of work per week.
