Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $74,200 - Midpoint: $100,200 (Salaried E12) Department/Organization: 209317 - Early College: Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some evenings and weekends as necessary Job Summary: The Director of UA Early College oversees a complex organization comprised of recruitment, marketing, admissions processing, curricular planning, instruction, advising, student success, program evaluation, summer programs, and academic services. Oversees program and curriculum development, program administration, personnel supervision, budgetary management, and the development of working partnerships within the University and with various external entities, agencies, and school systems. Additional Department Summary: UA Early College is a comprehensive academic program serving academically qualified high school students who enroll in the University of Alabama while in high school. Courses are delivered via distance delivery, on-campus, and through a summer residential experience. Some travel is required to achieve the University's success objectives for UA Early College.
