What You’ll Be Responsible For: Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented service to customers and internal partners. Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the order fulfillment process. Communicate clearly and consistently with customers and sales representatives to ensure expectations are met. Order Management & Accuracy: Enter, manage, and invoice customer orders daily using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
