Overview The Regional Manager – Consumer Direct Sales plays a key role in delivering the TDS consumer value proposition directly to customers across the Appleton, WI region and surrounding Fox Valley communities. This position is integral to the consumer sales strategy and is accountable for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships through TDS’s full suite of products. In this role, you will lead and manage all in‑person, door‑to‑door sales teams supporting the Appleton regional footprint, ensuring customers experience a trusted, local, and customer‑first approach. You’ll provide leadership for Consumer Direct Sales teams, partner and referral programs, and third‑party contractors, while driving market share across established neighborhoods and growing residential areas. The ability to effectively lead remote, field‑based teams and remain closely connected to local community dynamics is essential.
