As Senior Frontline Excellence Associate, you will help the Swiss Affiliate improve effectiveness of frontline by increasing time in field, deploying to right customers and improving conversion rate enabled by clear performance management, the right technology and clear governance. Your new role: - Manage the HCP universe: define and implement customer attributes and segments to enable targeted execution of the Affiliate strategy - Design and run end-to-end processes (internal and external), including customer journeys, engagement planning, and performance tracking, to drive consistent execution and measurable impact - Own the design and delivery of sales incentive schemes that align behaviour with commercial priorities and deliver measurable ROI - Build Field Force capabilities to enable data-driven decisions, including developing tools and reports with actionable insights for users - Integrate internal and external data sources to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations on commercial priorities and opportunities - Be an active part in the department (e.g., rotational lead role i...
