Job description

The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Innovation and Technology Enablement, this role is responsible for the hands-on development of a resident engagement application prototype using modern AI-assisted and rapid development tools. The objective is to validate a scalable product concept through iterative delivery. Approximately 90% of the role is focused on prototype development, while 10% supports administration and enhancement of an existing platform. Key Accountabilities: Prototype Development (Primary – ~90%): - Design, build, and iterate a resident engagement application prototype - Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) - Develop UI, workflows, and integrations - Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder and user feedback Solution Design & Technical Direction: - Recommend tools and frameworks for rapid development - Balance speed with maintainability and security - Prepare prototype for enterprise scalability Testing, Validation & Iteration: - Test application features and workflows - Identify defects and usability improvements - Support pilot deployments and feedback sessions Platform Administration (Secondary – ~10%): - Support administration...
