Job Title Continuous Improvement Supply Chain Intern Job Description: The Supply Chain Intern will support a cross‑functional initiative to standardize and improve Unit of Measure (UoM) data across the organization. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented student who enjoys problem‑solving, data analysis, and process improvement. The intern will work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to validate UoM data, identify inconsistencies, and help implement corrective actions that enhance system accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Review existing Unit of Measure data within ERP systems (e.g., JDE) to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and errors. Assist in mapping current UoM structures and documenting how they are used across purchasing, planning, inventory, and production. Support the development of standardized UoM guidelines and help update SOPs or work instructions as needed. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and understand process impacts.
