Position Title: YouthCity Teen Crew Lead Job Description: The Division of Youth and Family is offering a paid summer position in partnership with the Trails & Natural Lands Division for the YouthCity program. This role is designed as an adult, hands-on position supporting youth workforce development through natural resources management work. The YouthCity Teen Crew Lead will work alongside Trails & Natural Lands staff and lead a small group of teens, providing mentorship, guidance, and support while completing ecological or trail maintenance work. About the Position: This is a paid, hands-on outdoor position where the Crew Lead will support a group of approximately 4 teen interns while working with Trails & Natural Lands on projects such as clearing debris, maintaining trails, and supporting environmental conservation efforts. The Crew Lead will learn directly from YouthCity and Trails & Natural Lands staff and apply that knowledge while guiding and supporting youth in the field.
