The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Water Aerobics Instructor to join our team. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As a Water Aerobics Instructor , you are responsible for creating a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with their certification and YMCA policies and procedures. Individuals in this role instruct water aerobics implementing professional standards and fitness guidelines: flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular conditioning.
