Job description

Overview Responsible for keeping the grounds and maintenance of the property in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of the property in a clean and safe condition. Assist in preparing units for new residents. Assist in other types of maintenance when necessary. Responsibilities: - Maintains property grounds of community. - Picks up litter on grounds. - Make Ready units for new residents. - Maintains watering and drainage systems. - Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. - Assists with any emergency maintenance. - Cleans all hallways and common areas. - Cleans all parking areas. - Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways. - Cleans all stairwells. Qualifications: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - 1 to 3 months related on the job experience or training. - Must be well organized and a self-starter. - Perform general maintenance repair tasks professionally without endangering yourself, residents or fellow associate. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. - Must be team oriented and a problem solver. - Mai...
