We are seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and ethical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and contribute to the success of the Business Office Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is savvy with technology and web-based programs, understands accounting principles, and has a strong knowledge of Excel. Familiarity with CDK or dealership accounting is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Post all payable invoices daily and reconcile with vendor statements and schedule. - Disburse checks promptly and accurately. - Balance statements and finalize data for reporting. - Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system. - Manage end-of-year 1099 filings. - Print and maintain all accounts payable reports and files. - Maintain sublet schedules diligently. - Conduct and review trending analysis for accurate financial forecasting. - Answer accounts payable phone calls and follow up on inquiries. - Perform additional duties as assigned to sup...
