Job description

The Lumens Team within the EHRT Procedural & Specialty Systems Unit is seeking two (2) IT Application Analysts to support the operations, maintenance, and growing complexity of Epic Lumens functionality. Epic Lumens is an Epic module supporting Gastroenterology practice. It has been recently implemented across the Mayo Clinic enterprise and is highly integrated with the enterprise imaging repository and other Epic clinical applications. These integrations require complex system build as well as strong partnerships with Informatics and clinical practice liaisons. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. Prior Epic build and application support experience is preferred. Experience supporting case (surgical) and/or appointment-based procedures, image integration, orders, charging, security, macros, and secondary SmartForm build is ideal. Prior experience working with gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopic practice is also preferred. Candidates with Epic certification are strongly desired, preferably in Epic Lumens,...
