Your role: In this role you will be responsible for actively monitoring customer systems and infrastructure, ensuring any irregularities are identified early. You will handle incoming customer requests from various channels and accurately record them in the ticketing system. Your tasks: - Handling the customer’s requests (via mail, telephone, tickets) and translating them into the ticketing system (creation of incidents / requests). - You will manage the follow-up of cases and ensure the update of documentation - You will take care of customer systems and infrastructure by monitoring them using monitoring tool and by contacting appropriate technical teams - You will work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.
