Job Description: As a valued colleague on our Corporate Securities Legal team, you will support attorneys with legal matters through research, analysis, and preparation of complex transactional documents. In this role, you will maintain electronic records and files and organize and prepare various documents for securities transactions. You will review work processes and identify areas for better efficiencies and improvement. This is a non-exempt (hourly) position.
