SCHEDULE: Full-time; Monday through Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) 40 hours a week. SCOPE : The Workflow & Automation Platform Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the bank's workflow and automation capabilities (including the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) platform within Jack Henry banking systems). This role partners with business, operations, risk/compliance, and technology teams to identify automation opportunities, standardize intake and prioritization, and implement best practices that improve efficiency, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen controls.
