The Opportunity We are hiring an exceptionally talented Sales Retention Operations & Analytics Manager to drive flawless retention programs, analytics, and operational consistency across the JAPAC region. As part of our world-class Retention Strategy & Operations team, you will collaborate with Renewals Sales, Solution Account Managers, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Sales Operations teams. You will successfully implement retention programs, study data to identify trends and risks, and build decisions that improve renewal performance and increase customer retention throughout different JAPAC markets. This position provides wide-ranging experience across various locations, business units, and priorities, with opportunities to expand your influence over time!
