Split Shift Powder Coat Painter

Job description

Overview Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate to be responsible for applying powder coat paint to surface of parts and components, removing media from components after shot blast process, and hanging parts and components to the paint line. The split shift is from 2:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday to Thursday and every other Friday. This position starts at $20.19/hr and $2 shift differential and attendance incentive. Responsibilities: - Apply powder coat paint to product with electrostatic spray gun. - Clean, maintain and prepare booth and powder coating equipment, clean room, floor, equipment. - Remove media from components after shot blast process. - Hang and remove parts and components on paint line. - Perform required assemblies on 2post product before unload and removal out of area. - Other duties as requested by the Production Supervisor.
