Position Summary: Zoetis is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to provide HR business partnering and operational support for our Cherrywood site and its diverse functions (Commercial, Manufacturing & Supply and Enabling Functions). This role is ideal for a practical HR professional who excels in day-to-day HR management, collaborating with local leaders, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The HR Manager will focus on implementing HR processes, supporting employee relations, recruitment, and driving operational excellence aligned with Irish employment standards. Additionally, the HR Manager will support the VP, HR Global Manufacturing & Supply, and broader GMS HR team with key projects across the network.
