A high level of detailed electronic documentation is required and adherence to company and state guidelines is expected. Ensure delivery of wellness services of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees and their families by promoting and developing awareness of the program and conducting full eligibility screenings of potential clients. Provide comprehensive case management to CBP employees and their families who are seeking a better quality of life. The Case Manager/Intake Specialist is part of a multidisciplinary team who serves as the bridge between clinical services, wellness services and community resources.
