Pre-Litigation Supervisor (Attorney)

Block LLP is seeking an experienced personal injury Pre-Litigation Supervisor to provide attorney-level oversight and leadership of our pre-litigation department. This role is responsible for working with our Leadership Team in managing the performance, workflow, and quality of all pre-litigation personal injury matters while supervising Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants. The Pre-Litigation Supervisor acts as both a strategic leader and hands-on legal authority, ensuring cases are properly evaluated, advanced efficiently, and positioned for maximum resolution value prior to litigation. Key Responsibilities: Department Leadership & Oversight: - Provide attorney-level supervision of all pre-litigation personal injury cases - Oversee case strategy, liability analysis, damages evaluation, and settlement positioning - Ensure consistency, quality control, and compliance across the pre-litigation department - Serve as escalation point for complex cases, coverage issues, and high-value claims - Monitor statutes, deadlines, and risk exposure Team Management & Development: - Supervise, mentor, and train Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants - Conduct regular file reviews, perform...
