Team/Role Overview: Individuals in the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Quality Assurance (QA) Team are responsible for the assessment of outcomes from activities and processes against conformance with applicable requirements to strengthen risk management. This includes the execution, as part of a small team led by a SVP/C14, of monitoring and testing activities for controls, and the QA of control design assessments, control monitoring & testing tools design assessments, and the accuracy and quality of those tools. The individual may also be involved in other QA reviews as per the annual QA Plan such as policy/procedure adherence reviews, ICRM process focused reviews, issue quality control/assurance, and lessons learned.
