Job description

The Commercial Loan Booking & Funding Specialist is responsible for accurately setting up, booking, and funding new Business Banking and Commercial loan and line accounts within the Horizon system. This role requires working knowledge of commercial loan products and familiarity with the FIS Horizon or IBS loan platforms, including loan, collateral, and relationship management modules. The specialist ensures all loans are funded and boarded in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Success in this position relies on strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships while delivering excellent customer service. Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Book new loans to the Horizon system. Post loan disbursements and advance transactions online in Horizon/IBS. Maintain strong rapport with lending, loan closing and post-closing teams to ensure the accurate and timely booking of new loans from the nCino system to Horizon/IBS.
