IT Project Manager - IT Business Solutions - CBO - Full-Time - Days

Job description

Project Manager role will report into Enterprise Performance and directly to the Executive Director. This role will lead and facilitate projects that are moderate in size and scope to improve the Networks delivery of care, business and operational processes. With project assignments being moderate in organizational complexity and size they require moderate level of change management and communication skills. The Project Manager will work closely with Network executive sponsors to define, plan, execute and manage projects. This role will require managing budget and staff of moderate size and will need to lead aspects of organizational change. Relationship Management: - Coordinates with internal and external resources regarding project objectives and deliverables - Manage activities with internal and external resources to develop mutual opportunities for improving TCHHN’s services - Implement best practices in teaming with internal and external resources to ensure performance at the required levels Project Management: - Lead projects in support of the organizations strategic plan. - Assigned projects will be moderate in size, budgets, and resources to manage.
