A Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for managing complex accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, providing critical financial reporting to support business decisions, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & General Ledger - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis. - Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. - Maintain and analyze the general ledger to ensure timely and accurate financial data. Accounting Operations: - Oversee accounting processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies. - Support payroll accounting, fixed asset accounting, and expense reporting.
