About This Opportunity: This role is focused on driving continuous improvement across Canada Packers hog production system. Working closely with Senior Hog Production Managers, the Production Innovation & Continuous Improvement Specialist will identify, test, and implement initiatives that reduce costs, improve productivity, and strengthen at barn execution. This is a highly hands on role requiring regular presence in barns and direct engagement with barn teams to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and sustained.
