About the role: The position is responsible to supervise, motivate and assign responsibilities to operators to ensure packing schedule targets are met. The role will be for our Afternoon Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 2pm till 10pm. Key Responsibilities but not limited too: - Completed handover with previous shift detailing any issue, remaining plan, operational messages - Ensure all required sleeves for the shift are in the staging room plus there is sufficient film/containers for the next 24 hours - Verify that operators are wearing the correct PPE - Monit...
