Work Flexibility: Onsite Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM –4:30 PM Location : 15160 Marsh Lane, Addison, TX Summary: The Field Inventory Associate plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers and determines material requirements in order to coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering. Additionally, in this role, you will develop specifications for new contract orders. What You Will do: - Receive, store, issue, and distribute materials, equipment, parts, and supplies based on requisitions - Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and metrics to support audit readiness and address quality issues with Branch management - Compile, review, and maintain purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation using an ERP system - Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts, cycle counts, and annual full inventory; investigate discrepancies and submit adjustments - Determine and maintain proper storage, identification, and stock locations in an orderly manner, including occasional operating room locations - Dispose of damaged, expired, or defective items in accordance with established procedures - Co...
