Primary Purpose: The Mortgage Quality Control Reverification Specialist orders re-verifications of asset, employment and income documents. They also assist in preparation of the appraisals for field review orders. Essential Responsibilities: - Orders reverifications in a timely manner - Tracks the 1st and 2nd attempts at obtaining reverifications - Reviews reverification documentation that comes back to ensure they note the documents obtained during loan processing and employment time frame were factual and escalating ones that come back as not factual to the Mortgage Quality Assurance Officer - Scrubs appraisals to ensure all required data is removed in pr...
