Job Summary The Regional HSE Manager is responsible for leading, standardizing, and continuously improving Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security programs across multiple manufacturing sites. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and coaching support to Site HSE Managers while ensuring regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and alignment with organizational goals. The Regional HSE Manager serves as the primary escalation point for complex safety, environmental, security, and incident management issues, and plays a key leadership role in driving a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture across the region. This person must be based in the Chicagoland area to be considered for this role.
