Job Title EHS Manager II Position Overview: Shaw Industries is hiring an EHS Manager to oversee the safety and environmental functions at the plant level and assist with Corporate-wide programs as needed. The site maintains a Plant Emergency Operations (PEO) team responsible for coordinating responses to personal and process safety incidents, including compliance with Risk Management Plan (RMP) requirements. The EHS Manager is accountable for defining PEO response scenarios and ensuring the team is adequately staffed, trained, and prepared. In addition, the EHS Manager supports the Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure personal and process safety considerations are incorporated into applicable process changes. The EHS Manager will also ensure that the facility complies with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations and all Shaw policies, procedures, and best practices.
