Job Overview: The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing specialized, technical maintenance and repairs across building systems and equipment. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility infrastructure, handling complex tasks that require skill, training, and troubleshooting expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Systems Maintenance: Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. - Specialized Equipment Repair: Maintain and repair critical facility equipment, including chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, and kitchen or industrial appliances. - System Diagnostics: Identify root causes of system failures and perform repairs to restore functionality efficiently. - Support PM Programs: Assist and guide PM Technicians when tasks require more technical expertise or complex intervention. - Safety & Compliance: Follow company and regulatory safety protocols; ensure equipment and tools are maintained properly. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. - Emergency Response: Respond to urgent facility issues requiring technical expe...
