What this role actually looks like You'll lead a team of dedicated practitioners delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive out of home care to services to children and young people. Day to day, that means holding the operational and practice leadership of the team: budgets, compliance, quality, while also being the kind of leader your team genuinely wants to follow.
