Technical Integration Specialist

Job description

As a Technical Integration Specialist , you’ll serve as the technical bridge between McLeod Software’s customers and third-party partners. You’ll play a key role in the implementation and configuration of Mobile/API applications, as well as vendor partner integration and support, ensuring that solutions are successfully delivered and supported. What You’ll Do: - Lead API and third-party integration projects from kickoff through completion - Coordinate vendor rollouts and manage integration timelines, resources, and deliverables - Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and partners during implementation - Provide hands-on support with API usage, data mapping, and application logic - Troubleshoot issues related to data flow, transformations, and system connectivity - Configure and support mobile app and API implementations (firewalls, ports, setup) - Serve as first-line technical support for mobile app and integration-related issues What You’ll Need: - 7+ years of related experience or 3+ years with a bachelor’s degree - Background in software implementation and/or technical customer support - Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and mapping data structures knowledge or experie...
