This individual troubleshoots repairs and replaces both hardware and software components as needed. The IT Support Specialist while working as a team researches, evaluates, and promotes new technologies for the firm to enhance capabilities while reducing manual tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This role is on-site at our Wichita office.
