Riveting Operator- 2nd shift

Job description

Position Purpose: Responsible for riveting brake lining onto brake shoes. Hourly Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.75 Essential Functions: - Verifies correct parts - Loads shoe into riveter - Gauges a riveted shoe - Verifies part quality - Other duties as assigned Education and Training: - High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications: - Good communication skills - Must be able to work independently - Ability to work well with others Physical Demands: - Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs - Must be able to lift up to 70lbs occasionally depending on customer orders - Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively - Use foot pedal - Ability to work in tight places - Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills Environmental Conditions: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
