Process Technologist

We are now recruiting for a Process Technologist to join our Production Kitchens team, where you’ll lead the optimisation of our kitchen processes and bring new product concepts to life at scale. About the Role: As our Process Technologist, you’ll manage and improve process controls across our production kitchens, ensuring products are expertly scaled from concept to launch. Acting as a subject matter expert, you'll work closely with NPD, operations and quality teams to ensure recipes, processes and data integrity are consistently accurate and efficient. Key responsibilities include: Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
