Job Description: Location Requirement: This position is based in Tucson, AZ, and we are seeking candidates who are local to the Tucson area. Job Description: We are seeking a geotechnical/ geological engineering intern to join our consulting group based in Tucson, AZ. This job requires the applicant to be locally based in Tucson, AZ. Office work will include: - Data reduction including stereographic, statistical, and geospatial analyses - Technical reporting and documentation of field work and analysis work - Laboratory testing, performing and assisting with soil and rock strength testing Local Field Work (if applicable): - site characterization - geologic/geotechnical mapping, - geomechanical core logging Qualifications: - Actively pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in geology, geological engineering, geotechnical en...
