Starting Wage $20.75 2nd Shift 2:30pm-11pm 5 Days per week Benefits include - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Load product into brine cages in a timely and orderly fashion maximizing use of cage space and no damage to product - Inspect cheese for non-conforming product, remove such product, return to rework in a timely manner - Keep correct count of cheese on each layer of the cage - Perform housekeeping duties as required - Assist with form changes and table operations - Assist with rework as needed - Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion - Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment. - Check and remove any leftover product in cage shelves before loading. - Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks as required to maintain plant equipment. - Disassemble equipment for CIP and reassemble when finished. - Change and clean brine filters as needed. - Assist in training of new personnel. - Assist in other production areas as required. - Minimize water usage and eliminate the generation of wastewater within the scope of position. - Follow all DFA GMP’s and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and reg...
