Job Description The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible, in collaboration with Operations Leadership for the assessment, for the implementation, planning, evaluation and supportive application of existing and new clinical knowledge and the translation of knowledge to practice to meet targeted Clinical needs. Contribute to safe, quality care by: - Managing a workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Addressing and resolving issues in a productive, respectful manner. - Exercising sound professional judgment and using best practice guidelines. - Contributing to a safe, inclusive environment for all through compliance with patient and staff safety policies and procedures. What must you have?: - Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RN (EC), in good standing - Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, required. - Member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, required. - Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate, required. - Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate, required. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience including a minimum of 2 years of hemodialysis nursing experience required....
