Nyirrunggulung Rise , located in the Northern Territory of Australia, is a joint venture creating job opportunities, providing training, and supporting social infrastructure. Nyirrunggulung Rise was awarded the Remote Australia Employment Services (RAES) program and will deliver services within our current location. A day in the life of a Regional Manager can include: - Establish the RAES program to meet participant and community needs whilst adhering to contract compliance - Lead, develop, support, and motivate high performing teams - Build strong relationships with local employers - Understand local market and employer needs to achieve employment placements and outcomes - Work with employers to support culturally safe workplaces that encourage retention of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees - Collaborate with Community Advisory Boards (CABs), community organisations, and other stakeholders to ensure service delivery reflects local priorities and aspirations - Contribute to the design and delivery of community projects that support workforce participation and skill development - Monitor and provide monthly reporting of all allocated sites' operational performance - Ac...
