Summary Senior Director Club Operations CDS The Senior Director Club Operations CDS is responsible for leading strategic operational execution and overseeing warehouse operations within an assigned region. This senior leadership role drives organizational performance through executive-level team leadership, P&L management of field labor costs plus workers compensation and supplies, and serves as the primary operational liaison with Costco field leadership at the General Manager through Senior Vice President levels.
