About the role: - The Sanitation Team Member is responsible for the completion of daily sanitation tasks, the cleanliness of the bakery, and following our sanitation processes. What you'll do: - Ensure all areas of the bakery are acceptable to run production at all times. - Ensure proper cleaning methods are used at all times (soap, rinse, sanitize) - Ensure all equipment is cleaned in accordance with the Sanitation Manual. - Ensures all waste is properly disposed of - Ensure the correct PPE’s are used at all times.
