Calista Corporation Regular: JOB SUMMARY: The Business Operations Specialist II acts as a company liaison and ensures various tasks are performed timely and in compliance with policy and procedures . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Receive, verify, and reconcile various documentations and process company disbursements. - Coordinate with employees, managers and/or vendors on documentation issues. - Ensure compliance with internal controls over processes and ensure compliance with corporate and department policies and procedures. - Administrative duties related to above including filing and scanning. - Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: - Knowledge of billing terminology. - Knowledge of billing fixed price, cost plus, and time and materials projects. - Ability to process a high volume of data with high level of accuracy. - Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with employees, business partners, and clients via written and verbal communication methods. - Advanced knowledge and skills in computerized accounting systems and knowledge of company-specific software....
