Overview Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Full-Time License and Title Coordinator in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will focus primarily on inventory control of wholesale titles and dealership funding. This position requires substantial data entry, high levels of efficiency and accuracy, and keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position also requires the ability to prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be well organized, self-motivated, possess great follow-up and customer service skills, and be able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment. The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $16.40 / hr. This position will be located at 433 E Memorial RD, Oklahoma City, OK 73114. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (40 hours per week) Responsibilities: - Daily preparation of vehicle paperwork for license and titling - Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles being registered utilizing Microsoft Excel - Log in log out all titles as they are received/sent from location - Utilize Title Management System - Work with rental team and other Enterprise divisions to prepare licen...
