Solutions Engineering Team Lead – MED Region Location: Paris & La Courneuve, France Coverage: MED Region – Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Bulgaria Your Role: As the Solutions Engineering Team Lead – MED Region , you will lead the Solutions Engineering function across the Mediterranean region, supporting some of Digital Realty’s largest and most strategic customers across Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, France, Bulgaria. This is a high-impact leadership role combining people management, technical expertise, and customer engagement. You will ensure all pre-contract activities are delivered efficiently, translating complex customer requirements into clear, scalable, and commercially viable solutions. You will own the technical relationship across the full lifecycle of an opportunity — from discovery and solution design through contracting and deployment — acting as the key link between customers, Sales, Operations, and internal teams.
