Meritus Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative Assistant Vice President of Physician Services to provide executive leadership for our physician practices. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, service line growth, and performance across both primary and specialty care practices. The AVP will lead initiatives focused on improving patient access, optimizing financial performance, standardizing workflows, and strengthening provider recruitment strategies. Working closely with clinical and administrative leaders, this position plays a key role in aligning physician practice operations with the health system’s strategic goals for quality, growth, and patient experience.
